Syed is a certified group exercise instructor who is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and consistency. With a high-energy coaching style and a focus on proper technique, Syed creates workouts that are challenging, supportive, and fun for all fitness levels.

Class Times: TUESDAYS

Class 1: 4:30 – 5:15 PM

Class 2: 5:15 – 6:00 PM


What to Expect:

FIT-Total Body is a full-body strength-based class designed to:

> Activate muscles head to toe

> Build strength and endurance

> Increase metabolism and energy

> Support body composition goals


Workouts are effective, coach-led, and adaptable — performed with or without weights, making them accessible for all experience levels. 


Expect a mix of strength, functional movement, and smart conditioning.
