This course is for the wellness pursuer who is looking for coaching guidance across multiple domains of their life. Fitness meets physio which is enhanced by nutrition and complimented by key wellness lessons. The weekly routine and lifestyle you learn, all-encompassing and... life changing.
This course was designed to teach, reinforce, and strengthen the foundations and habits we feel are crucial to have in your daily routine- this is the FIT lifestyle approach. A lifetime program- where exercise, healthy habits and progressive knowledge is your way of life.
4 Workouts per Week, 4 Weeks in a Block, with 4 Fitness Pillars as the Focus.
STRENGTH: Saying YES to that heavy task in life.
CARDIO: Saying YES to that long hike or 5 km charity walk/run.
FITNESS: Saying YES to life challenges without even realizing it. Physical freedom.
PHYSIO: Saying YES to prioritizing mobility, quality of movement and injury prevention.
Where: Home Gym or Fitness Centre.
Your Coaches: Josie and Marcus.
Who: Any level of experience!
What: Dumbbells, mat, resistance bands, a foam roller, and a cardio piece (optional but encouraged!)
Frequency: Choose up to 4 workouts per week.
Workout Duration: Customize! Anywhere from 30-50 minutes in length.
Course Length: 52 weeks! Your year mapped out for you.
