This course is for the wellness pursuer who is looking for coaching guidance across multiple domains of their life. Fitness meets physio which is enhanced by nutrition and complimented by key wellness lessons. The weekly routine and lifestyle you learn, all-encompassing and... life changing. 

This course was designed to teach, reinforce, and strengthen the foundations and habits we feel are crucial to have in your daily routine- this is the FIT lifestyle approach. A lifetime program- where exercise, healthy habits and progressive knowledge is your way of life.  

Course Details

4 Workouts per Week, 4 Weeks in a Block, with 4 Fitness Pillars as the Focus.

STRENGTH: Saying YES to that heavy task in life.

CARDIO: Saying YES to that long hike or 5 km charity walk/run.

FITNESS: Saying YES to life challenges without even realizing it. Physical freedom.

PHYSIO: Saying YES to prioritizing mobility, quality of movement and injury prevention.

+ Weekly wellness features that will educate and enhance your routine- physiotherapy tutorials, nutritional themed workshops, coaching movement cues, and lifestyle coaching etc.
  • Where: Home Gym or Fitness Centre.

  • Your Coaches: Josie and Marcus.

  • Who: Any level of experience!

  • What: Dumbbells, mat, resistance bands, a foam roller, and a cardio piece (optional but encouraged!)

  • Frequency: Choose up to 4 workouts per week.

  • Workout Duration: Customize! Anywhere from 30-50 minutes in length.

  • Course Length: 52 weeks! Your year mapped out for you.

What Else Can I Expect With This Course?

  • Weekly Video Messages: Start each week with a Coaches Video Message. Let’s map out the week and resources all while getting you excited to get after it!
  • Workout Video Demonstrations: Each workout will involve a 5–10-minute video where your Coach will take you through the workout. Demonstrating each movement, providing important cues, and ensuring you feel confident with completing the workout.
  • Physiotherapy Guided Workouts: A ‘follow along’ approach to training. Coach Josie will be taking you through a recovery session every week- focusing on improving mobility and stability with a key focus on education throughout. 
  • Coaching Check Ins: A great tool for us to learn more about you, how you are doing, and for you to share any questions or concerns you have during your FIT journey.
  • Testing Days! We will invite you to participate in testing days each block! From cardiovascular tests to mobility tests, these optional days encourage accountability and help us see measurable progress!
  • Immediate access: Commit the FIT Lifestyle Journey and have access to the online course immediately.

What Equipment Do I Need to Start My FIT Course?

Great question! Here is the equipment we encourage members to start with…

  1. An Exercise Mat!
  2. Dumbbells! Ideally a light and medium weight option.
  3. Foam Roller - Not a requirement but highly encouraged!
  4. Resistance Bands - A Rehab TheraBand and small looped band.
  5. BONUS: A piece of cardio equipment such as a stationary bike!
