Did you know? As we age, our bodies undergo various changes. One of the most significant changes after the age of 35 is the natural decline in muscle mass, which is known as sarcopenia. Every decade after 30, we can lose around 3-8% of our muscle mass! Which can affect our strength, mobility, and overall health.
But hereβs the good news: strength training can slow down or even reverse this process!
With Concept Fit, you will be Coached through 12 strategic weeks of progressive overload and doing so with focused injury prevention! The perfect blend of strength training and physiotherapy!
Where: Home Gym or Fitness Centre.
Your Coaches: Josie and Marcus.
Who: Any level of experience!
What: Mat, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Foam Roller, and Space!
Frequency: 3 strength workouts & 1 mobility workout per week.
Workout Duration: Customize! Anywhere from 30-50 minutes in length.
Course Length: 12 weeks.
