Led by Yoga Teacher - Veronica

A little bit about Veronica: Originally did teacher training in Ashtanga, Hatha, Meditation and Pranayama in India in 2012 and has been teaching since. In 2015, she graduated from Mount Royal University's Yoga Therapy program, which qualified her to work in targeted ways with clients impacted by injuries and health conditions.
